The first small-scale power plant in Aq Qala city was opened with the investment of Khazar Mine Company in Atrak Industrial Park.
This power plant, with a capacity of 8.4 MW, generating electricity and employing 20 people at the same time, and an investment of 125,000,000,000 Tomans, was inaugurated and put into operation in the presence of the Honorable Governor, Mr. Dr. Zanganeh, the Honorable Governor of Aq Qala city, Mr. Dr. Hashemi, and the Honorable Friday Imam of Aq Qala city, Mr. Haj Akhund Mirza Ali.
At this ceremony, the Honorable Governor, while appreciating the efforts of Khazar Mine Company in launching this power plant as soon as possible, expressed his hope that the second phase of the Khazar Mine Company power plant, which is under construction with a capacity of 16 MW in Simin Shahr Industrial Park, will be ready for operation by February 11.
