Atrak Power Plant

This power plant, built on a 4,860 m² site, was officially commissioned on June 16, 2022. Currently, 19 employees are directly engaged in its operational and maintenance activities. The plant is connected to the regional power grid through two distribution feeders (Atrak and Petrochemical feeders), ensuring greater stability and reliability in electricity supply for Aqqala County. The entire investment for this project has been financed by the private sector. As one of the significant energy investments in Golestan Province, the project was implemented with the goal of supporting sustainable development and reducing environmental impacts while strengthening the region’s power infrastructure.
